Free School Meals
All of our meals are freshly prepared onsite by our kitchen staff, and all allergies and religious diets are catered for. Aspens ensures meals are of a high standard, being nutrionally balanced and sourced from local food suppliers.
Dietary Requirements
If your child has specific dietary requirements, there is a form to complete. This form can be accessed by clicking the below link, or by contacting the school office.
If your child does bring a packed lunch to school, please make sure it contains a healthy and balanced meal. Please take a look at our 'guide to a healthy lunch' for ideas and inspiration.
Please note we are a strict no nuts school.
Universal Free School Meals
In 2014 the Universal Free School Meal (UIFSM) policy was introduced. All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free meal regardless of personal circumstances.
Children in our Nursery, who are with us at lunchtime, can have a school lunch at a cost of £3.26 (per day). This must be paid for on Arbor.
Free School Meals
Although children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 can currently have a meal free of charge, we would encourage our families to check their eligibility for 'free school meals' by clicking the below link.
